• We will share our compliance questionnaire
• We will quote you our charges and create a draft instrument based on your responses.
• Once you have accepted the draft, we will send you indemnity documents including our T&Cs, KYC requirements etc.
• Indemnity documents must be signed, independently witnessed, and notarized by an authorised lawyer.
• We will send you an invoice for our charges. Applicants are required to pay us , and provide a post-dated cheque made out to Bank for the full amount of the instrument.
• Once we receive our charges along with all indemnity documents and KYC documents, subject to legal and compliance approval, we will SWIFT the instrument to the beneficiary's bank. An Escrow account facility is also available to facilitate secure payment prior to sending the SWIFT instruction. For escrow payments, we will request for a commitment fee along with Escrow administration charges.
• The beneficiary will send the goods to the applicant ( buyer) and the documents to the Bank
• Once documents have arrived, we have 3 business days to act on it., after which we will send you a copy of the documents.
• Upon acceptance of the documents, according to the terms and conditions of the instrument, you will be required to pay the beneficiary. When completed, we will send you all the original documents.
• Goods arrive.
• Send us underlying relationship contract (Ex: Sales Contract / pro-forma invoice)
